Attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Randall was a graduate of Slidell High School. He leaves behind his loving mother Avis Crawford Burnette brother James C Watts (Laura) sisters Ann Parilla (Ralph) Lee Mizell (Kevin) Betsy Napolitano Deanna Burch (Bill) and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, John Lane Watts step father, Marvin Burnette grand parents Alfred and Alice Crawford and Reuben and Etha Mae Watts. Randall Lane Watts was born on Mato Avis Crawford Burnette and John Lane Watts. Randall Lane Watts was 46 years old when he left this life and moved on to the next after a lifelong battle with a rare form of muscular dystrophy. Brother Danny Williams to be officiating. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 47 years, Brenda (Annette) Bennett, his 4 children Jalove Boutwell (Buddy), Lynn Gaines (Nelson), Gene Bennett, Jr. Gene is preceded in death by his parents Terrell and Jaunita Bennett, his sisters, Charlene Alsobrooks and Florance Galloway, and his grandchild Morgan Boutwell. He was a retired mechanic and gravel pit worker, he loved the outdoors, but his greatest love was his family. (Gene) age 65 of Pearl River, LA was called home and is now sitting along the banks of the holiest rivers of all, surrounded by his family and friends who went before him, drinking coffee and telling tales. To honor Sandra, in lieu of flowers, donations preferred to Vanderbilt University Dementia Research Foundation ( ). Interment to follow at Hickory Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Pearl River, LA. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pearl River, LA. Visitation for Sandra will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm with the funeral mass starting at 2:30 pm at Sts. She is now rejoicing in the presence of the Lord and reunited with her husband Robert “Bob” O’Neil, and her patents Lucy Turlich and Lemuel Sanborn. (Dawn), Brian O’Neil, Keith O’Neil (Karen), and Kellie Alfonso (Joey), her brothers Wayne Sanborn (Diann) and Jacques Sanborn (Sherry), her 5 grandchildren whom she adored Michael O’Neil, Jr. Sandra is survived by her children: Michael “Mike” O’Neil, Sr. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She loved passing time doing cross-stitching and folk art painting. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pearl River, LA where she served on the alter society. On Tuesday, June 27, 2023, Sandra Sanborn O’Neil, age 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by family in the comfort of her home.
